Open sores on the feet are common in diabetes. We clean, debride, off-load pressure, dress
the wound, and monitor closely to prevent infection.
Pressure injuries (bedsores)
Areas on heels, hips, and tailbone can break down when you sit or lie in one position too long.
We relieve pressure, protect the skin, and treat infected tissue.
Venous leg ulcers
Poor vein flow can cause shallow, draining ulcers. We use compression, dressings, and activity plans to support healing.
Arterial leg ulcers
Poor blood flow to the legs can create painful deep sores. We remove dead tissue carefully,
protect the area, and coordinate vascular care.
Surgical wounds
We keep incision sites clean and dry, change dressings, watch for infection, and support faster
recovery at home.
Traumatic and skin-tear wounds
We control bleeding, clean the area, close or dress the wound as needed, and prevent infection.
Infected wounds and cellulitis
We assess, culture when ordered, dress appropriately, and coordinate antibiotics with your
prescriber.
